We develop and manufacture our range of horseboxes in the heart of Cheshire. After years of development and feedback from customers, Tatton have manufactured two class leading models to suit all disciplines. The 3.5 tonne and 4.5 tonne Dayrider horsebox with a payload of up to 2 tonnes or the 4.5 tonne Eventor horsebox with its beautifully bespoke living area. From the start Tatton are uncompromised with their passion to deliver the finest 2 stall, all aluminum horseboxes on the market. Our ultimate goal is and always will be to build quality, safe, bespoke and affordable horseboxes and with this in mind we are proud to stand by our statement of “ENGINEERING PERFECTION”
Tatton are the only manufacturer in the small vehicle sector that build their vehicles with the option of aluminium sides. Hours are taken hand crafting the bespoke tack lockers, carefully fitting them into the skin of the aluminium panels. Craftsmen work their art and each stage of the process is checked off in our quality control procedure.
To meet the demands of the customer all Tatton horseboxes are manufactured to the exact same standards and specification throughout the range. We do however offer three different types of material for the sides to meet the needs of the individual. You can order a Dayrider Pathfinder built with GRP sides still with hand built tack lockers giving superior value or choose the option of a Dayrider Freestyle manufactured with honeycomb panels again with hand built tack lockers giving increased saving on payload and finally there's the Dayrider Professional crafted with aluminium for elite build quality and longevity giving superior paint finish.
New to the range in 2018, we have introduced the Tatton Classic. This is our entry level product, aimed at maximising payload and horse area, whilst maintaining high build quality standards which have become synonymous with the Tatton brand.
The living area, although not as luxurious as the Dayrider and Eventor models, still provides the essential living features which we believe will be an minimum requirement. We see the roller shutter door option in the living area providing a secure tack locker being particularly popular with the increasing value of saddles and other tack. Staying with options, a comprehensive options list can add function and style to the Classic should these be required. Built from an ultra-lightweight panel which helps to achieve the remarkable payload the 3.5T, 4.25T and 4.5T offer, we see the Tatton Classic as a really strong addition to the Tatton range and we expect it to be hugely popular.
Whichever Tatton horsebox you invest in you are guaranteed a vehicle built with passion and pride.
